A VO2max test is the gold standard for measuring cardiorespiratory fitness. Determine your VO2max (aka your aerobic fitness), how many calories you burn during exercise, your anaerobic threshold and what your target heart rate zones should be. The data from this assessment is used by our exercise physiologists to create a tailored exercise program for you, based on your own physiology. This test is recommended for individuals wanting to lose weight, improve stamina and endurance, improve health, optimize a fitness routine, or improve athletic performance. Tests are completed on either a stationary bike or a treadmill.
